New Video: How to get VIP make-up for non-VIPs

Hey! It's kpkeila! And I have got some exciting news for you! Today I made a very simple video instructing you guys how to get VIP make-up for non-VIPs (as requested by Lillytis). Thanks Lilly! Without you I don't think furture people would be able to get it! By the way, this is a method where you still have to pay wooz.
